The advantage lies in the automatic heating and drying, which can be used continuously. The tunnel drying oven is mainly divided into three parts, namely the feeding area, the drying area and the discharging area.
1. Feeding area:
Before the product enters the drying area, the length of the place where the product is placed is about 500mm-1000mm. The product automatically enters the drying area of the second part through the feeding area of the tunnel oven for heating, drying and other heat treatment operations.
2. Drying area:
It is mainly composed of four parts: frame, blower motor, heating pipe, box (inner box and outer box). Thermal insulation material is filled between the two layers of boxes. Continuous uninterrupted baking increases product productivity. Multi-stage independent PID temperature control, the temperature in the furnace is uniform. The speed of the conveyor line is controlled by frequency conversion, which can be adjusted freely, with stable operation and high production efficiency.
3. Discharge area:
A cooling fan can be installed as needed to accelerate the cooling of the products in the drying area for the next process.
